Alba Wholesale – Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

1.1 Business Customers Only – Alba Wholesale supplies products exclusively to registered businesses. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes.
1.2 Product Availability – All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders if necessary.
1.3 Pricing & VAT – Prices listed are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Alba Wholesale reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
1.4 Orders & Acceptance – An order is confirmed only when Alba Wholesale issues a written confirmation or invoice. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
1.5 Returns & Damages – Any claims for damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Returns may be subject to restocking fees unless agreed otherwise or discussed with team members.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Methods – We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other approved methods as stated on your invoice.
2.2 Payment Terms – Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made in full within [e.g., 30 days,60,90] from the invoice date or unless contractly agreed too.
2.3 Late Payments – Payments not received by the due date will incur removal or being able to get credit on their account until settled. Even after settlement you may be banned from getting credit.
2.4 Credit Accounts – Customers with approved credit accounts must adhere to agreed payment terms. Alba Wholesale reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time.

3. Failure to Make Payment

3.1 Overdue Payments – If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or cancel outstanding orders.
  
• Pass the debt to a collection agency, with all recovery costs borne by the customer.
  3.2 Legal Action – Persistent non-payment may result in legal proceedings, with customers liable for any legal fees incurred.
  3.3 Account Suspension – Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of your account with Alba Wholesale.
